Purpose, legal basis and period of personal data processing
We process your data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- in order to take actions aimed at concluding and implementing the contract - the basis for data processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR - the necessity of data processing to conclude or perform the Agreement. The indicated data is stored for the duration of the contract, then for the period resulting from generally applicable legal provisions (including tax). In the case of persons cooperating with us on behalf of the Client (e.g. employees and associates of our Clients) - the basis for data processing is Art. . 6 section 1 letter f GDPR - implementation of our legally justified interest as the Administrator, which is the need to contact employees and associates of our clients in connection with activities undertaken to conclude or implement the concluded contract. The indicated data is stored for the duration of the contract, then for the period resulting from generally applicable legal provisions (including tax). In order to identify the Contractor or the person representing him, the basis for data processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR - implementation of our legally justified interest as the Administrator, which is the need to ensure reliable identification of the contractor and the person representing him. The indicated data is stored for the duration of the contract, and then for the period resulting from generally applicable legal provisions (including tax). In order to answer a question, consider an application, complaint, complaint, the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter b, c (implementation of legal and contractual obligations) and f GDPR - implementation of our legally justified interest as the Administrator, which is to enable the Administrator to respond to a question, a submitted application or a complaint. In this case, the data is stored for the entire duration of the contract or until the warranty expires or the complaint is settled. In the case of sending applications/questions, the data is stored until the answer is sent, and then for a maximum of one year from asking the question/submitting the application. The data is stored for the period resulting from generally applicable regulations, in particular obliging the company to store accounting documents (generally for 5 years after the year in which the legal event that obliged to issue an accounting document occurred). In order to determine, investigate and defend against claims, the basis for data processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest pursued by us as the Administrator, which is the possibility of establishing or pursuing or defending against claims by our company. The data is stored until the claims expire - in accordance with applicable law or until the proceedings related to a given claim are legally concluded.
